Ingredients

2 pck bourbon vanilla sugar
250 g flour
100 g sugar
200 g butter
100 g ground almonds without skin
2 tbsp icing sugar
Baking paper

Instructions

Knead flour, 1 packet vanilla sugar, sugar, butter in pieces and almonds into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and chill for approx. 1 hour.

Remove the dough from the fridge and form small balls (approx. 2.5 cm Ø). Place the vanilla crescent balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Mix 1 sachet of vanilla sugar with icing sugar and roll the finished, still warm balls in it.
