Ingredients

1 kg king prawns
1 chilli pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, organic
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp curry
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp ginger
Herbs, to taste

Instructions

Rinse the king prawns with cold water.

For the marinade: Squeeze the juice from one lemon and grate the zest on a fine grater. Cut the chilli pepper into small rings.

Chop the garlic cloves.

Add the curry, coriander and ginger and stir in the olive oil.

Add the prawns, salt to taste and mix well.

Leave the prawns to marinate in a cool place for approx. 1.5 – 2 hours.

Remove the prawns from the marinade.

Fry in a pan with oil for approx. 5 minutes, stirring all the time.

Sprinkle the finished prawns with chopped herbs.
