Prawn Linguine Recipe

Friends, this Prawn Linguine Recipe tastes like your favorite Italian, only more practical, cheaper, and on the table in 20 minutes!

Ok, let’s talk about the pasta with scampi and a delicious creamy tomato sauce with garlic and chilli.

First of all, you only need 9 ingredients and 20 minutes for this recipe!

Basically, the dish consists of only two ingredients.

Pasta. Use whatever you like. I think spaghetti and linguine are particularly good, because they can be so wonderfully coated in the velvety sauce.

The most delicious prawn cream sauce. You need prawns, garlic, chilli, cream, tomato paste and, ideally, a few spring onions. What’s great about the sauce is that it doesn’t have to simmer for long, but is ready in a few minutes. Perfect for our after-work appetite!

Oh, one more thing. If you’re like me, prawns are always such a thing. The taste is oh-my-god-I-love-it. But the preparation… Uh yeah, I’ve definitely had a batch or two go as tough as rubber. If you’re thinking “I know exactly what you mean, girrrl”, I have some very good news for you!

With this recipe, your granules will be deliciously juicy, a little glazed and just OMG-good.?

Ok, ready for my trick that will guarantee you the most delicious prawns? Then go for it!

Juicy prawns – this is how it works

To ensure that the prawns are really juicy, they must not be left in the pan for too long. That’s why we fry them in the pan only briefly on one side before adding the cream, white wine, garlic and the rest of the ingredients and allowing them to cook for a few minutes until juicy. Add a little salt and pepper to taste, and that’s it.
