50 g sugar
350 g flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
150 g natural yoghurt
120 g butter
1 egg, to coat
1 dash milk, to coat

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

For the scones, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl, then add the yoghurt and butter and mix the ingredients with the dough hooks of a hand mixer.

Then knead the dough again briefly with your hands, sprinkle a work surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 2 cm.

Now cut out circles (approx. 7 cm) with a circle cutter or a glass and place them on the prepared baking tray.

Whisk the milk with the egg in a small bowl, brush the scones with it and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
