Ingredients

500 ml apple juice naturally cloudy
270 ml gin
500 ml Gingerbeer (non-alcoholic ginger soft drink)
950 ml grapefruit juice
2 pcs orange, organic
5 pcs star anise
5 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

Put the gin, apple juice, grapefruit juice and ginger berry in a large saucepan and heat slowly, but do not bring to the boil.

Add a sliced orange, star anise and cinnamon stick to the pot and leave to infuse for approx. 30 minutes over the lowest heat. Then remove the overcooked oranges.

Then pour the hot Glüh Gin into mugs and serve with a cinnamon stick and fresh organic orange pieces.
