What gin to put with elderflower tonic?

Elderflower tonic is a type of tonic water that is flavored with elderflower, which gives it a floral and slightly sweet taste. When choosing a gin to pair with elderflower tonic, you should look for a gin that has flavors that complement the elderflower. Here are a few suggestions:

  • A classic London Dry gin, such as Beefeater or Tanqueray, will work well with elderflower tonic. These gins have a strong juniper flavor, which pairs nicely with the floral notes of the tonic.
  • A softer, more botanical gin, such as Hendrick’s or Bombay Sapphire, will also work well with elderflower tonic. These gins have a more complex flavor profile, with a mix of botanical flavors that can complement the elderflower.
