Do you boil the noodles before stir fry?

It is generally not necessary to boil noodles before stir frying them. Stir frying is a quick cooking method, and the noodles will have plenty of time to cook through in the hot pan.

If you are using dried noodles, it is a good idea to soak them in warm water for a few minutes before stir frying. This will help to soften the noodles and make them easier to stir fry. Fresh noodles do not need to be pre-soaked.

To stir fry noodles, heat a little oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the noodles and stir fry for 1-2 minutes, until they are heated through and coated in the oil. You can then add your choice of vegetables, meat, or seafood, and a stir-fry sauce, and continue to stir-fry until everything is cooked to your liking.
